When I first walked into Ahh...fordable Bodyworks, I had been in constant
pain for over 4 months with a reoccurring shoulder injury. I was at my wits
end both mentally and physically. I was just a mess!
For at least 7 years prior, I had been looking for a remedy to ease my
suffering. I had tried a chiropractor, physical therapy, prescribed
medication and even massage therapy time and time again. Nothing
seemed ease my pain for longer than a day or 2.
I have been a client of Sarah’s for over a year now and could not be
happier! Not only has my pain become completely manageable but also
my shoulder has never felt better! Sarah did not just massage my pain
away; she educated me about my body and my soul.
Before Ahh...fordable Bodyworks, it would not have crossed my mind to
get a massage for any other reason except medicinal. Now I find myself
making appointments just because I enjoy the comfortable and relaxing
atmosphere, the top-notch massage provided and the warmth of Sarah’s
personality. It makes every visit a well-deserved, “mini” vacation for me.

wellness massage.
Both times I emerged refreshed and reinvigorated.
The experience is very enjoyable and you are able
to let your mind float off into a state of complete
relaxation. It actually takes me a few minutes to
reluctantly snap back to the real world once the
session is over.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone seeking a
massage.
