I remember my dreams nearly every
night. But not for long.
Writing it down, even just a rough
outline, solidifies the dream in my
memory. This give me time to wait for
understanding of the mystical
symbolism and strange happenings
I've experienced.
Although I do enjoy exploring the
symbolic meaning of my dreams, I
feel I benefit from the dream just by
remembering it with some clarity.
Simple Steps to get you started:
- Place a notepad/journal and pen by your bed. You're
more likely to remember a dream as soon as you awaken.
It only takes a couple of minutes.
- Free yourself. Don't worry about making mistakes in
spelling or composing it as a story start to finish. You'll
remember more as you go, that's the beauty!
- Go for it. It's just that easy.
We exceeded our goal, raising just over $1000.00 for Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and participated in the event that raised over $2.5 million!
Thank you for your support, see you at the Race next year!

Legacy of the Heart
The Spiritual Advantages of
a Painful Childhood
author: Wayne Muller
I highly recommend this book.
I'm blessed to have had a peaceful
childhood, free from abuse, but even the
healthiest environments isn't free of
painful disillusionment. Issues such as fear
and sorrow touch us as children and
continue to influence our beliefs and choices to an
astonishing degree. Reading this book has helped me to
let-go, forgive myself and others, and face new pain with a
sense of joy. Thats right. Joy.
It's available at the library but looks like only one copy. It's a
good purchase - you'll want to re-read it.
