I love my work. Creating peace and
wellness in my client's heart is so rewarding.
Thank you for allowing me to touch your life.
A Bit About Me I'm married to the love of my life, Gene and we have one 'child' - our Great Dane - Vallentine.
We moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area in '02 and feel so blessed to call this beautiful city home.
Adventure is in my nature and being in nature is the best source of it I've found. Exploring a new place when hiking is a great treat!
My other great love is receiving massage. Nothing else seems to restore my energy and keep me in good health like regular massage treatments.

My Style
I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in July of
1999. My training includes Eastern and Western
modalities; Shiatsu and Swedish. Therefore, my style is
really a blend of traditions. For example, a Swedish
effleurage stroke may end by holding a key acupressure
point (east) to induce stillness. Similarly, I may
incorporate rocking and tapotement (east) moves into a
your deep tissue (west) session to increase joint mobility.
Every session I preform is a mixture of technique and
creative inspiration. I begin with a plan, an idea of what
we want to accomplish, but I don't let it get in the way of
being in the Moment. I let it evolve as I work.
Most importantly, my massage has a flow. This is an
element that isn't easily taught, but comes with much
practice, creative expression, and listening to the body's
needs. You'll know it when you feel it.
